Too often, hazardous gases and substances that are created in many industrial processes are simply emitted into the air, harming both people and the environment. With our solutions for mobile degassing and emission reduction, we help to improve health and environmental protection. We reduce hazardous industrial emissions and thus contribute to the safety of people and industrial plants as well as to decarbonization. Innovative processes are of great importance for us, thus we are constantly expanding our technologies and their fields of application.

AT ETS Degassing, responsibility for the safety of people and the environment is always of the uttermost importance. Therefore, our portfolio also included another innovative technology: we rent out the efficient ATEX Zone 0 Robot for no-men-entry maintenance and cleaning of industrial tanks.
The robot is remote-controlled so that tank cleaning can be carried out from a safe distance. This means that employees no longer have to work in the dangerous ATEX Zone 0, where there are enormous risks despite safety equipment.
The ATEX Zone 0 Robot for tank cleaning works quickly, does not get tired and cleans reliably and thoroughly – 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Previously, manual tank cleaning had to be carried out in four shifts by three cleaners each with expensive protective equipment – with a considerable risk to the health and safety of the workers. This risk is a thing of the past now with the ATEX Zone 0 Robot!
For more than 17 years, ETS Degassing is offering technologically unique solutions for the time- and cost-efficient combustion of gases, gas mixtures and vapors in the explosion groups IIA, IIB and IIC.
Our systems burn hydrocarbons, VOC (volatile organic compounds) and HAP (hazardous air pollutants) emissions with a combustion rate of over 99.99 %. There develop neither open flame nor odor. At the same time, unlike other technologies, our compact systems and processes enable us to determine the CO2 impact on site. All of this makes us unique in Europe.
In 2008, our first mobile vapor combustion unit was developed and made mobile degassing possible for the very first time world-wide. Innovation is an important topic for us – that’s why we are still regularly developing our technologies to offer our customers the best portfolio for mobile emission reduction and degassing.
The ATEX Zone 0 blowers from ETS Degassing are small, compact and easy to use. Depending on your requirements, we can offer different capacities. The blower skids have their own PLC and can be programmed so that they can be integrated into your existing controls and processes.
To connect the Zone 0 blower, we can also supply the necessary additional equipment such as pipe networks, valves, detonation pipe protection, liquid separators and other components.
With our fleet of mobile vaporizers with nitrogen tanks, we can work with components that contain flammable liquids and gases. With nitrogen, we can flush and inert such containers to create a safe working environment. ETS Degassing nitrogen services can for example be applied for the maintenance of pipelines, tanks, ships, vessels and large containers as well as for the degassing of spherical gas tanks, gas tankers and gas containers. All of this makes our mobile nitrogen vaporizer ideally suited for application in planned applications as well as in emergencies, accidents and during turnarounds and shutdowns.
