Dodge Industrial, Inc. has acquired PSC Couplings, LLC, a Richfield, Wisconsin-based designer and manufacturer of high-performance disc couplings.
The acquisition expands Dodge’s engineering, product design and manufacturing capabilities in disc couplings and represents a significant investment in the growth of its coupling business.

PSC has established a strong position in the disc coupling market, particularly in gas compression applications, while also expanding into power generation, data centre infrastructure and other demanding industrial environments. The company is recognised for its engineering expertise, application knowledge, durable products and customer-focused approach.
According to Dodge, the acquisition brings together complementary capabilities with no product overlap. PSC contributes specialist disc coupling design and technical expertise, while Dodge provides an extensive field sales organisation, established industrial distribution relationships, broad market reach and greater operational scale.
David Gilbert, president of Dodge Industrial, said the acquisition was a natural fit with the company’s plans for its coupling business. He highlighted PSC’s product design and engineering capabilities as complementary to Dodge’s strengths in field sales, distribution, logistics and manufacturing.
Dave Olson, president of PSC Couplings, said the partnership would provide PSC with access to Dodge’s sales network and broader market reach, enabling the company to bring its products to a wider range of customers and applications while maintaining its focus on product quality, technical expertise and customer service.
PSC customers are not expected to experience disruption as a result of the acquisition. Existing contacts, service arrangements and order processes will remain in place, with customers advised to continue working with their current sales representatives.
The acquisition forms part of Dodge’s strategy to broaden its capabilities and provide customers with deeper technical solutions, supported by the resources and scale of its parent company, RBC Bearings Incorporated.
