Odfjell has sold its 12.5 percent holding in Vopak Terminal Ningbo Ltd, China, for US$3.2 million. The Ningbo terminal was Odfjell’s first such venture in Asia. Vopak Terminal Ningbo has been considered a non-strategic asset and has been held by Odfjell SE, outside of the terminal structure in Odfjell Terminals AS.
