FOAMGLAS® insulation F-boxes

FOAMGLAS® insulation boxes are designed to insulate valves and flanges in pipe work. Boxes are prefabricated in three standard configurations for fast installation and superior insulating performance for a wide variety of industrial and commercial insulation applications.

FOAMGLAS® ONE™

FOAMGLAS® ONE™ insulation is a lightweight, rigid material composed of millions of completely sealed glass cells. It is manufactured by Owens Corning in a block form and then fabricated into a wide range of shapes and sizes to satisfy industrial and commercial insulation requirements.

FOAMGLAS® Pool Fire Suppression System

The FOAMGLAS® Pool Fire Suppression System (Gen 2) complements any safety program by delivering a reliable, low cost, low-maintanance passive solution for the reduction of thermal radiation and flame height in contained liquid natural gas (LNG) fires. FOAMGLAS® PFS™ system is easy to install and can provide immediate mitigation of the thermal flux, rate of combustion, view and overall size of an LNG pool fire.

PITTSEAL® 444Ns sealant

PITTSEAL® 444Ns is a 1-component, non-hardening butyl based  used for sealing joints and potrusions in FOAMGLAS® cold insulation systems. In industrial applications, PITTSEAL® 444Ns is used to seal joints between FOAMGLAS® slabs or pipe coverings, to seal protrusions and metal jacket laps or to be used in expansion/contraction joints.

Service Temperature Limits:

-57 to 83°C*
-70 to 180°F*
