With corrosion and chemical additives being the main causes of failure within traditional DBB valve design, PosiWell DBB-DIB valves come standard fitted with stainless steel trim and in-line replaceable Teflon seat.

Flexible Product Options:

The MultiLoad II product suite is designed to be modular and scalable to fit the needs of virtually any loading application. MultiLoad II can be equipped with one of two internal I/O boards and/or utilise external I/O Modules (FCMs) to address the I/O control needs of the application.

In addition, the MultiLoad II Platform is available in a range of both Division 1 & 2 enclosures.

Distributed I/O Control for Complex Loading Applications:

MultiLoad was the first truly modular pre-set solution to revolutionise the industry. To accomplish this, Flow Control Modules (FCMs) are mounted in an external enclosure which is distinct and separate from the pre-set interface (MultiLoad II RCU). The FCM enclosure houses all of the I/O modules required for a particular loading bay. Each FCM module contains its own microprocessor.

As each FCM is added to the configuration, total processing power is increased and the MultiLoad becomes more powerful as it is required to address more complex loading scenarios. If I/O needs increase, one or more FCMs can be snapped into the enclosure for simple and cost-effective upgrades.
