Glenfarne Group has issued a Limited Notice to Proceed (LNTP) to Kiewit Energy Group for the Texas LNG export terminal under development at the Port of Brownsville, Texas. The LNTP, issued through Glenfarne subsidiary Texas LNG Brownsville LLC, authorises Kiewit to begin work on long-lead equipment procurement, EPC-phase engineering activities and geotechnical investigations required to prepare the project for full construction and a final investment decision (FID).
