AG&P LNG begins pipeline gas deliveries from Cai Mep Terminal to Vietnam’s 4 GW Phu My Power Complex
AG&P LNG has achieved a key milestone in Vietnam's energy transition by delivering the first regasified liquefied natural gas (LNG) from its Cai Mep LNG Terminal to the country's largest power generation hub, the 4 GW Phu My Power Complex.
The first pipeline gas has begun flowing through the newly commissioned Cai Mep–Phu My gas pipeline, connecting the Cai Mep LNG (CM LNG) terminal with the 900 MW Phu My 2.1 and Phu My 2.1E power plants, which are operated by EVN's Power Generation Corporation 3 (EVNGENCO3).

Shell takes final investment decision on LNG regasification terminal in The Bahamas
Shell Bahamas Power Company Inc., a subsidiary of Shell plc, has reached a final investment decision (FID) for the development of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) regasification terminal in The Bahamas, marking a significant step in the country's energy transition.
As part of the project, Shell has acquired a 40 percent stake in New Providence Gas Ltd. (NPG), a joint venture with Sun Oil Holdings, a subsidiary of FOCOL Holdings Limited. NPG will be responsible for constructing, owning and operating a new small-scale LNG regasification terminal at Clifton Pier, which will supply natural gas for power generation on New Providence, the country's most populous island.

DP World advances Jeddah terminal transformation with 35 new electric tractors
DP World has deployed 35 electric terminal tractors (ETTs) at the South Container Terminal (SCT) at Jeddah Islamic Port, increasing the terminal's tractor fleet by more than 20 percent as part of its ongoing US$800 million investment to modernise port infrastructure and reduce emissions.
The new electric tractors will transport containers between the quayside and the yard, supporting vessel operations while replacing diesel-powered equipment with lower-emission alternatives. According to DP World, the deployment is expected to reduce annual carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions from the terminal tractor fleet by around 20 percent compared with current levels, while improving operational efficiency and equipment availability.
