HBH Holdings, Inc. (HBH) has announced that one of its portfolio businesses, Enerfab Process Solutions, will rebrand as Bishopric Industries. This follows the sale of its Enerfab Power & Industrial business and subsidiaries, which will keep the Enerfab name. Ferguson Enterprises Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire FWI Holdings, Inc. (FloWorks), a leading industrial distributor and service provider of highly technical valves and flow control solutions, from Wynnchurch Capital L.P. The all-cash transaction values FloWorks at an enterprise value of approximately $1.6 billion. ADNOC Distribution has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100 percent of the share capital of Shell Downstream South Africa (SDSA) from Shell South Africa Holdings in a transaction with an implied enterprise value of approximately US$1 billion, before adjustments for net debt and working capital. The acquisition includes SDSA's network of around 580 company- and dealer-owned fuel service stations, as well as its wholesale fuels, aviation, marine and lubricants businesses. APM Terminals Valencia has completed the controlled lowering and removal of its oldest ship-to-shore (STS) quay crane, QC907, as part of the terminal's ongoing modernisation programme. The operation, carried out on 2nd June, marks the retirement of one of the terminal's longest-serving cranes and supports efforts to improve operational efficiency and prepare the facility for future growth. The removal of QC907 follows the dismantling of crane QC904 in 2024. Both cranes have been replaced by two new Liebherr ship-to-shore cranes, which entered service in early 2025.
