Patrick Terminals has announced a major fleet investment with Kalmar, placing an order for 10 Hybrid Straddle Carriers for its Melbourne terminal and 12 Hybrid AutoStrads for its Sydney AutoStrad Terminal. Delivery of the new equipment is scheduled for completion in Q2 2027. The investment forms part of the companies’ 10-year strategic partnership and supports Patrick Terminals’ ongoing decarbonisation programme. NewMed Energy has announced that all parties have now signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the sale of natural gas from the Aphrodite reservoir, located in Cyprus' Block 12, to the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS). The update follows previous announcements made in March and April 2026 regarding the initialling of the agreement between the Aphrodite partners, the Cyprus Hydrocarbons Company and EGAS.
